We know how frustrating it can be to get hold of your landlord or management agent to have any required works completed which is why we have a dedicated team who manage repairs.
You’ll have a decided manager who will support you with any repairs from start to finish, we’ll keep you updated by phone, email or WhatsApp – however you prefer.
For emergencies you can contact us until 10pm on weekdays, and for anything really urgent like a burst pipe contact our out of hours team 24/7 on 07922 22 57 22.
