The company has a continuing obligation to conduct due diligence on all customers with whom we transact, including beneficial owners of corporate bodies, and this will include verification of identity and proof of address.

We regret that Zaytons Property Group LTD will be unable to conduct business with customers who are unwilling to comply with the requirements of the necessary legislation. Copies of customer due diligence checks will be retained for as long as is necessary to satisfy legal requirements, and will be retained in an appropriate storage facility which, for the avoidance of doubt, may include storage solely in electronic form. Zaytons Property Group Ltd, a member of the Property Redress, aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our clients. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, a grievance procedure is in place. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by a Company Director, and in the event that we are unable to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction, by reference to the Property Redress.

Your grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established in-house procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigation, you are at liberty to have the matter referred to the Property Redress (www.propertyredress.co.uk), information for which will be provided to you by Zaytons Property Group Ltd. You are also entitled to have your grievance referred to the Property Redress should we fail to deal with matters expeditiously, i.e. within 3 months of receipt of your original complaint.

Before making a complaint to the Property Redress, you will need to have:

  • Written to us detailing your complaint.

  • Allowed us up to 8 weeks to try and resolve your concerns.

If there is no response or the resolution offered is unsatisfactory, you may be able to raise a complaint with Property Redress. The quickest and easiest way to do this is, and provide all your evidence, is online.

As a consumer:

  • There is no cost for raising a complaint.

  • You can withdraw from our process at any time.
